Autism Spectrum Disorder Evaluations
Oregon Autism Evaluations LLC has three unique autism spectrum disorder (ASD) evaluation services available. The ASD Non-Diagnostic Screening Consultation provides clients with a single appointment to explore their thoughts about maybe being on the autism spectrum and helps them explore if a comprehensive evaluation makes sense based on their needs. The Comprehensive ASD Evaluation determines if a client has autism spectrum disorder and provides a detailed written report of the process, diagnoses, and recommendations. Finally, the ASD Evaluation for Therapeutic Recommendations with Verbal Feedback is available for those who are looking to answer if they are on the autism spectrum, but are not looking to pursue academic or vocational accommodations, but want to know for their own peace of mind as well as to inform what type of therapeutic provider they should be looking for.
Evaluation can be completed for clients located in both Oregon and Washington.
ASD Non-Diagnostic Screening Consultation
Length: One 50 to 60-minute session.
Ages: 18 years and up.

Focus: Are you wondering if you might be on the autism spectrum? Have you been looking up the symptoms of autism spectrum disorder or reading the stories of those on the spectrum and it sounds like your experience? Are you thinking you would like to learn more about if you might be on the autism spectrum, but are unsure if you should invest your time and resources into a comprehensive autism evaluation? If you answered YES to these questions, then an ASD Non-Diagnostic Screening Consultation could be what you are looking for. During this appointment, you will meet with Dr. Lundeberg to explore your past and present experiences to see if it makes sense to pursue a Comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder Evaluation.

Feedback: During roughly the last 15 minutes of the appointment, Dr. Lundeberg reviews the client's history and report them. Elements that are either consistent or inconsistent with a diagnosis of ASD are identified. Dr. Lundeberg may also suggest another diagnosis that might also explain a client's clinical picture.
Pros: Can help you organize your thoughts and provides input into whether further explorations of ASD should be pursued. Feedback provided at end of the appointment. Patients can self-refer for this service.
Cons: Does not definitively establish if you have ASD or not. No official diagnosis of any kind is made during the ASD Non-Diagnostic Screening Consultation.
